At 2, it is 10 minute space between the hands of the clock. For the hands to be opposite to each other, the hands should be 30 minute spaces apart. So in total they should be 40 minute spaces apart from 2.

In 60 minutes it is 55 minute spaces. So in 40 minute spaces, it will be 40 times minutes.
