After showing him a picture of his wife, he regains his sanity and reveals he abandoned you and Bunny in the hospital with researchers because he thought you were infected. Those researchers gave him the cyborg parts. Georgie gets angry at Mr. P for taking his family away from him and tries to attack Mr. P but you stop him, reminding him that if he attacks Mr. P, he will become the one thing he hates the most. Mr. P offers to stay in the plant and fight off the infected. What comes after, is chosen by you.

Good Ending:

In the good ending, you leave the plant with Georgie to find out Zizzy and Pony successfully fought off the infected. George suggests working on a cure. In a post-credits scene, Mr. P's hat is left inside the plant, with his location and fate unknown.

Bad Ending:

In the bad ending, you tell Mr. P that you can't leave him behind. You try to convince him to come with you. Sadly, you weren't paying attention and Badgy sneaks up on you and hurts you very badly and murders Mr. P. You stare at his hat afterwards.

True Ending:

In the true ending, Mr. P tells the player that he wanted to tell his story, but you didn't allow him. You then tell him to say his story. Before Mr. P does, he tells the player that he should leave the plant after he tells his story. The story is about Mr. P trying to develop a cure to the disease Ms. P has. He put all of his time and money onto saving her. He even rushed the doctors so that he could test the cure. The doctors kept telling him that the cure isn't stable, but he didn't listen and wanted some volunteers. The Piggy family offered to help, except for Georgie. The results were significant. They became stronger. Mr. P was overjoyed about this so he gave it to Ms. P immediately. She was getting better until Mr. P heard the news about the Piggy Family turning into monsters. He thought it had nothing to do with the cure, but Ms. P turned into a monster too. He tried to stop her, but he didn't have the heart to, so he let her go. He tried to make more cures. That's when the player came along, and he found out some signs of the infection from you but you were still alive. Before Mr. P could do more research, the hospital he's in is raided, and Bunny was attacked. He gave another rushed cure, thinking that he would save her, but he realized what he had done, and left the hospital in regret. And then that's where his story ends. We thank him for telling us about how the infection started, and how we will never forget him. Mr. P wishes you good luck. We then left Mr. P in the Power Plant area, and go outside, finding out that Pony and Zizzy have successfully fought off the infected soldiers. Georgie suggests working on a cure just like in the good ending.

There are keys, Scissors to cut the grass for the purple key, and 2 new items, the remote, used to fix the 4 TVs that will open the black safe, and a ladder to get to the upper cargo room. There are 2 batteries, one in the purple safe and one in the cargo room. Give Pony the carrot so he can move the shelf blocking the lower cargo room. There is grass to feed to Zizzy and she will stun the Piggy/Bot (Dessa). After you make it out, you and the rest go back to the safe place with the batteries. You see Mimi and Giraffy next to the radio. Mimi uses the batteries to restore the radio mentioned in Chapter 1. It eventually works and someone starts to talk claiming to be called Settlement Six. They are looking for any communities to trade with and request to meet up. They tell you to meet them at Old Oak, but then you lose the signal. Mimi is delighted, wanting to meet them but Pony is reluctant. Giraffy starts to doubt Pony, asking if he's making another joke. Pony replies, that he is being serious about this and won't go. Zizzy agrees with Pony, but still wants to meet up. Pony is surprised, and tries to convince Zizzy not to go.

Zizzy reassures Pony by saying: "Pony, we know how to handle ourselves out there. If we get into trouble, we know how to get out of it". You, the player, agree with Zizzy, remembering when Zizzy and Pony fought an army of infected at the Plant. Pony hesitates, but then gives in, still not trusting the Settlement. Zizzy asks who is staying. Giraffy says that he will need to stay, so that he can harvest as much as he can before winter. Mimi stays also, so she can continue to fix the radio. It ends up with you, Zizzy, and Pony again to meet them.

When the screen lights up, you see that you are in a Forest. Pony asks if it's the right place, since no one is around. Willow then appears along with Tigry, Pandy, Kitty, and Baren surrounding you, surprisingly not infected. Willow walks up to Pony, revealing that he was an ex-member, saying "It's a shame that you left us". From what Willow reveals is that Pony was a good friend, but adds that he is nothing to her now.

Willow then turns to you, accusing the player of taking her away from her family. Willow says that the player felt good for themselves, ripping her away from the ones she cared about.

She then walks over to Zizzy, questioning about who Zizzy is, saying that she had certainly never seen her before. Zizzy snaps back, stating that she knows everything about Willow and her "sick" crew. Willow states that Pony must have told a lot of about them. Willow adds that it was one of Pony's many flaws, saying that he could never keep his mouth shut. Willow then wonders what to do, then comes up with an idea. She orders the rest to take Zizzy and leave You and Pony. Pony starts to run to Zizzy, but Willow whips out a gun, admitting that she doesn't want to hurt anyone. She tells Pony that they're only taking Zizzy into questioning. Zizzy promises Pony that she will stay safe and will come back. Willow points out that Zizzy understands and starts to flee.

Pony is frozen to the spot as they take Zizzy with them. Pony reveals to the player that they are called The Silver Paw, also known as T.S.P. Pony admits that when the infection broke out, he needed to find a group, so he joined them. Pony says that they did awful things but he was too scared to leave. You ask Pony what made him leave them. Pony refuses to tell, saying that it is a story for another time and changes the subject, saying that they need to save Zizzy before it's too late. You want to tell the others but Pony says that there is no time and that he needs you now. You then join Pony and follow them as the screen fades to black.

Inside the main building, there are 2 stories, and 6 guards around the map (Pandy, Kitty, Filip, Baren, Katie, and Felix). If you get too close to one of the guards an exclamation point will appear over their head, signaling that they see you. Then, they will chase you until you get far away enough (Then they will stop). Pony helps distract 2 T.S.P. members with a carrot and a battery (one specifically Katie guarding the large stair proportion and Filip guarding the escape door). There are a few new mechanics, like the grenade, which you use to stun Kitty and break the glass in one of the rooms, and there are many doors and obstacles. This map takes a really long time to win. You need the white key and the screwdriver to escape.

You escape the map and find Zizzy knocking out an infected. She says she has been doing it all day and that she actually started enjoying doing it. Then you tell Zizzy that they should get out of there soon because T.S.P. will find out that something went wrong soon. But then Zizzy sees that the infected scratched her and she realizes that she will become one of them in a short period of time. She tells you and Pony to go but Pony tells her that they will find a cure for her. Zizzy says that if there WAS a cure then they wouldn't be here in the first place. She then says that she will sabotage a lot of things to make a distraction and tells them to leave once more. Pony sees her point and hugs her and says goodbye. You say to Zizzy to take care. Zizzy says bye and says that she will miss both of you. We then leave the base and Zizzy presumably turns into an infected while the camera pans to everyone in the Safe Place.

Extra chapter

Willow explains to her friends Rash, Pony and Billy that William feels upset, that he hasn't even been talking to her lately and that she doesn't know what to do. Thus, Billy suggests to go steal him “something nice”. Everyone agrees except for Pony, who suggests they buy him something, but Willow tells him that they're broke, so Pony begrudgingly agrees to steal instead. The team decides to go steal a pie from Baba’s Pies, but their intentions are discovered by Officer Poley, who starts chasing them around in attempt to arrest them, which he fails to do. After the whole heist, Willow eventually obtains the pie to give it to William. But unfortunately, William is no longer there, with only his scarf left. Then the screen cuts though multiple flashbacks: Willow gets arrested by Doggy and the Player, then we see Willow in a jail cell at the Station, which is where we see Poley heading out, infected. He also unknowingly drops a key, which Willow uses to escape from her cell. The next memory shows Rash (who is revealed to also be infected) being held within a room above the Laundromat. Willow burns down her home, the location where she got arrested in Alleys, with a torch and departs. She then finds Tigry sitting next to the fire for warmth, so she takes pity on him and asks him to join her. The next few scenes show a young Pony who seems to miss Zizzy, as he is holding a picture of them together while sitting on a bank of the river. The Silver Paw then gets hold of Substance - 128 at the Hospital by breaking though the building. It then displays a “clear view” of the incident that happened at the Forest, as Pony uses the stolen potion to infect Doggy while he is sleeping while Willow looks on. Before doing so, however, Pony looks into Willow, visibly reluctant to obey her orders. Pony is then dismayed and seems to have regret of what he did back at the Forest, so he decides to leave The Silver Paw for good. He then finds Zizzy and reunites with her at the Safe Place. At the very end, the last memory shows everything back to the present, revealing that Willow saw Daisy infected as per the ending of Camp.

At first, Zizzy isn't convinced that Pony was real. Pony exclaims how he misses Zizzy and promises to get her back. Despite being convinced that she's not talking with the real Pony, Zizzy apologizes for wanting to meet the group, explaining that she hasn't seen any other survivors in months and was desperate. Pony then says he doesn't mind not seeing other faces again, as long as the face he gets to see is hers. Zizzy is surprised to learn that, and Pony also reveals that her picture is what kept them going the whole time, and that he's determined to reunite with her. Zizzy then mentions TIO, and how he's awful for playing such tricks on her. Pony is surprised to know that Zizzy met TIO, and asks if she met him before, but fades away before Zizzy can answer. TIO appears in his place, reaching his hand out to her. Zizzy moves forward to accept TIO's offer but is then abruptly dragged into a portal behind her by a black arm.

The player enters the laboratory alone to look for the cure, additionally finding a distorted Penny Piggy there. After opening the door to the cure, they are thrown into an arena with Willow and Tigry fighting in the middle. The player has the choice to help Willow defeat Tigry or viceversa.

Tigry Survivor:

After the player helps Tigry out, he thanks the player for helping him as he would not have been able to defeat Willow alone. Tigry also allows the player to grab the cure instead of him. The player is first reluctant but agrees nevertheless. Tigry decides to part ways, but says they will cross paths again. Outside the camp, the player gets ambushed by infected Pony then shoots Mary. Pony, sitting under a tree, remarks how they are both going to get infected and that the player should use that cure on themselves. Then, Pony reveals to the player it was his fault that Doggy was infected at the forest, as he was instructed to do it by T.S.P. The Player becomes distrustful of Pony and leaves him behind.

Tigry Savior:

After the player helps Tigry out, he thanks the player for helping him as he would not have been anle to defeat Willow alone. Tigry also allows the player to grab the cure instead of him. The player is first reluctant but agrees nevertheless. They decide to go together to meet up with Pony at the elevator, however the place begins to collapse due to Tigry explosives and the player becomes trapped with Pony, separated from Tigry and the cure. Pony reveals he was attacked at the docks and that he is going to turn infected soon. The player forgives him. Suddenly, TIO appears in front of the player, and with no other choice they him TIO in order to save their friends.

Willow Survivor:

After the player helps Willow out, she thanks them but remarks she did not need help. They get into a small arguement but eventually set it out. Georgie asks if they have the cure, to which the others tell them it was crushed under a rubble, which makes Zuzy sad due to the fact they are not going to cure Zizzy. Pony manages to comfort Zuzy by telling her Zizzy would have wanted her to stay strong. The group also remarks that maybe sometime another would be made by someone else, such as Kona, who was studying the infected. So the group decides to help to make their own cure and suggest go grab any file from the military lab. Mimi cheers for a brighter future as Georgie realizes and asks where is Willow.

Hidden Ending:

After the player finds a radio and asks Mimi to do her magic, they find Willow and Tigry fighting and decides to break it by telling Willow to stop. They tell her that if she were to be that angry, she should direct her hatred to the infected and that this is not how they can survive. Tigry starts to talk about their pasts, how they were both separated from their families and friends, and how they keep their pain buried inside. He wishes they could back to how things used to be, when Willow would listen to Tigry endlessly talk. Suddenly, Mimi interrupts and asks everyone to come outside. There, they witness a military jet land, and a military sargent known as Monroe informs them they received a distress call from civilians about them having the cure. Monroe comments on how it is a shame that all of all outposts, this is one wiped out and suggesting that it is like something tried to stop it. Suddenly, a bunch of infected emerge from the ground and the military is forced to fight them. The player is then brough back to the mysterious figure's chamber. He reveals he is called TIO and his disappointment on the player. TIO also reveals that they were trying to 'save' everyone by keeping this cure away, as it would only cause another war between the uninfected just to obtain it. The player disagrees, saying that this cure is hope for the future. TIO realizes they are too oblivious to foresee the destruction of the future and is left with no other choice than to stop them himself. TIO then starts to turn into his distorted form and chases the player, who is forced to solve puzzles in distorted versions of the Alleys, Shop, Docks, Temple and Camp. After this, the player, Pony, Zee and Georgie are brought into a castle-type maze, where all but the player begin to be attacked by infected hallucinations of their family members. The player has to bring them weapons to fight the hallucinations while being chased by TIO. After this, an upper chamber is unlocked and the player has to bring items to friendly memories of Zizzy, Doggy and Bunny in order for them to knock out TIO for good. After being knocked out by them, TIO is defeated and they are all brought back to reality, where Monroe and his team have defeated the infected. Pony and Georgie congratulate the player for defeating TIO. Willow and Tigry have a reconciliation chat where Willow apologizes to Tigry, and he forgives her back. Since the military probably won't let them both go with them, Willow suggests traveling together around the world and that she'd even allow Tigry to be leader. Tigry agrees, but just doesn't want to be a leader. Willow finally thanks the player, recognizing her own mistakes in pursuit for revenge. Willow and Tigry then leave, and the rest are left with the military.

Extra chapter

Tigry and Danny are hiding and Sgt. Monroe gives an order to go to the enemy's bunker. When Tigry is about to open the door the floor falls and he enters the bunker. He has no weapons so he turns on a flash light and starts exploring the place. He encounters Ombra and after getting a code he finds a knife and stabbed Ombra with it. Then a flashback appears and tells how he was bullied and his parents didn't care about him so he ran away. While on the streets he finds a poster and he joins the military. Then he stops hallucinating and he finds out he stabbed Danny. Then it cuts to him and willow in a forest and they talk about why Willow saved him.
