Organization VIP/CEO Work are a range of in-session missions in Grand Theft Auto Online which can be started while playing as a VIP/CEO of an Organization, initially added with the Executives and Other Criminals update.

    Overview

The missions can be seen listed in the Interaction Menu under SecuroServ > VIP/CEO Work. Unlike Special Cargo or Vehicle Cargo, the player can start these missions in Invite Only sessions, so long as they are in an Organization.

Some missions can be triggered without the need for other players, while some require associates or other players in the session.

    Missions

Added with the initial release of Executives and Other Criminals
    • Asset Recovery (1+ Players) - steal a vehicle wanted by the police and deliver it to a drop-off.
    • Executive Deathmatch (2+ Players) - an in-session deathmatch for executives to go head-to-head.
    • Executive Search (2+ Players) - as an executive, hide in an area away from other players while unmarked on the radar, or as another player, search for the hidden executive before time runs out.
    • Hostile Takeover (1+ Players) - breach a secured area, steal a document and deliver it to a drop-off.
    • Piracy Prevention* (2+ Players) - the player must defend their yacht from other organizations.
    • Sightseer (1+ Players) - track down and collect three packages across the state.
    * Requires the player to own a yacht. Added with the release of Further Adventures in Finance and Felony
    • Headhunter (1+ Players) – An Organization tries to take down multiple targets across the map against a time limit.
    • Airfreight (1+ Players) – An Organization must collect a Cargobob and use it to extract to a drop-off point.
    • Haulage (2+ Players) – An Organization must collect a large trailer and deliver it to a drop-off point.
Added with the release of Import/Export Note: All Import/Export VIP/CEO Work require the player to own the respective Special Vehicle featured in the mission.

Say for instance I'm going to sell my full small warehouse and it's the stupid plane mission. Is there a way for me to quit before I start and not lose anything? Would finding a new session cancel it?

I REALLY hate that damn plane selling mission.

Closing app would workYou lose a small bit (3 crates or something) but worth not losing more

I don’t know if finding a new session works as that forces I save I believ

I know that for bunker sales, you can find new session and you just lose a tiny bit of product. Don't know if that applies to crates too.

yes bunker lobby switch costs $25k
been a long time since i have seen a crate

Yes, going to a new session will cancel out the mission. If it looks like you'll fail the sale mission, definitely quit. This also applies to bunker sales (like spiderman88mill said) and MC business sales.

With MC businesses, you lose half a bar of product if you quit, but only doing a partial sale almost always loses you more money anyway.

I only lose 20k when i PS quit with MC business, unless they buffed up the penalty recently...losing half a bar worth of $ seems ridiculous...

Why TF do I get the god damn plane mission every damn time I try to sell my freaking warehouse? It's so god damn frustrating if you couldn't tell. I'll do the truck and boat mission no problem, but **** that damn plane!

Luckily I only lose 1 crate($2000) so that's not too bad, but the annoying thing about it is trying to get back into a freaking solo public to try again. I really wish they'd let you do this stuff in invite only, or private lobbies.

So everyone knows about the notifications you get when a CEO of an MC club attempts to recruit you. Trouble is that I have no idea how to quit those missions after you get recruited. I've tried via the cellphone, but I don't see it as an option. Got any tips for a newbie?

What part of the Interaction Menu? Is it the one that states that there is a chance the boss will hunt you down by selecting that option?

    Thanks!

Yes. He has to quit the motorcycle club for you not to get hunted. You could always just close the application and restart the game

    3. Hit the trash can icon in the bottom left of the phone using either Square on PS4 or X on Xbox One.
