Miss Universe Latvia 2022: Meet the Top 5 finalists

Out of 10 shortlisted contestants for Miss Universe Latvia 2022, only five have been announced to move on to the next round of the competition.

Inga Raduga Model Management, organizers of the pageant, officially revealed the names of the remaining finalists on the new Miss Universe Latvia Instagram page.

The winner of the competition is expected to represent Latvia at the 71st Miss Universe in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, this January which also marks the return of the country to the international pageant after 16 years.

Miss Universe is now owned by Thai billionaire Anne Jakrajutatip

Chief Executive Officer of JKN Global Group Public Company Limited, Anne Jakrajutatip, has now been confirmed as the new owner of the Miss Universe Organization. The Thai transgender businesswoman, also known as Anne JKN, made the announcement of full ownership of MUO on social media with the caption "Yes, I own it all, I am the sole owner, and finally, the universe is ours." This update also just confirmed the recent rumor that a billionaire from Thailand was interested in buying Miss Universe after the news broke out it was allegedly being sold by the previous owner IMG for $20 million. Miss Grand International 2022 is Isabella Menin of Brazil

Isabella Menin of Brazil was crowned Miss Grand International 2022 in a glittering grand final competition held on Tuesday, October 25 at the Sentul International Convention Centre in Bogor, Indonesia. The 26-year-old model and entrepreneur beat 67 other contestants to win her country's first-ever golden crown. She succeeds last year's winner Nguyen Thuy Thuc Tien of Vietnam. Thailand's Engfa Waraha was named first runner-up while Indonesia's Andina Julie, Venezuela's Luiseth Materán, and Czech Republic's Mariana Bečková finished second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss England 2022 is Jessica Gagen, first redhead winner in history

Miss Lancashire, Jessica Ashley Gagen from Skelmersdale bested 27 other finalists to be crowned Miss England 2022 on Monday, October 17 at the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport. The 27-year-old model and aerospace engineering student at the University of Liverpool became the first redhead beauty to ever win the title in pageant history.
