In this thesis, it is discussing the design construction of super structure and helipad structure of the building of R K Charitas hospital situated in Jenderal Sudirman street Palembang. The building which has function as hospital clinic consisting of 8 stories with 39 meters height of building is analyzed with lateral resistant Special Moment Resisting Frame System, according to seismic design category of this building which belongs to C category. The calculation refers to valid standards, namely : SK SNI 03-2847-2002 tentang Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung dan SNI 1726-2012 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung. And another standard which is applied in is Pedoman Perencanaan Pembebanan Untuk Rumah dan Gedung (PPPURG) 1987. With helicopter load on this top building, the analysis is based on spectrum response dynamic with software called as SAP2000 V14. The analysis contains of the reinforcement steels of column, balk, slab, and also helipad which is on this top building and the control in joint displacement deviation of this building which dues to service limit and ultimate limit. From the result of analysis of this thesis, it is resulting dimensions and number and size of the reinforcement steels of super structure which contain of column, balk, slab, and also helipad structure and maximum joint displacement deviation impacted by all loads running on the building of R K Charitas Hospital Palembang. Pembangunan pertanian di Bali memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Pertanian yang dimaksud adalah pertanian di lahan sawah, lahan kering, peternakan, perikanan, perkebunan dan kehutanan. Dalam pembangunan pertanian khususnya di lahan sawah faktor pembatasnya adalah keterbatasan air irigasi selain faktor-faktor lainnya seperti ketersediaan lahan, produksi pertanian, modal usaha tani dan penanganan pasca panen. Program swasembada pangan saat ini mempunyai penekanan dan prioritas pembangunan. Penetapan prioritas ini didasarkan pada rencana pembangunan yang berkesinambungan serta evaluasi pada rencana pembangunan sebelumnya, sehingga pencapaian tujuan masyarakat yang adil dan makmur dapat terwujud dan tercapai sesuai dengan sasaran yang dicita-citakan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan. Dengan semakin pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk akan membawa dampak terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Ini akan menghambat pencapaian program Pemerintah di sektor Ketahanan Pangan. Maka perlu adanya upaya untuk mengantisipasi alih fungsi lahan pertanian dan sekaligus meningkatkan produksi pertanian dengan cara meningkatkan jaringan irigasi yang ada guna pencapaian program Pemerintah di sektor Ketahanan Pangan. Dalam Rangkapengembangan lahan pertanian secara terpadu dan menyeluruh di pandang perlu di lakukan suatu Kegiatan Evaluasi Kinerja jaringan dan detail desain Daerah Irigasi Benel. Ketersediaan air pertanian, dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan mendukung pemenuhan pangan nasional, khususnya untuk keperluan konsumsi lokal dan mengimbangi peningkatan jumlah penduduk di Provinsi Bali, khususnya Kabupaten Jembrana. Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bali melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, melaksanakan berbagai program antara lain melalui program pengembangan dan pengelolaan jaringan irigasi, rawa, dan jaringan pengairan lainnya. Program tersebut diarahkan juga untuk mendukung upaya-upaya pemerintah dalam rangka peningkatan ketersediaan pangan dan peningkatan pendapatan petani untuk mendukung kegiatan pengentasan kemiskinan.

The Optical Monitor (OM) on-board XMM-Newton obtained optical/ultraviolet data for the XMM-Newton Extended Survey of the Taurus Molecular Cloud (XEST), simultaneously with the X-ray detectors. With the XEST OM data, we aim to study the optical and ultraviolet properties of TMC members, and to do correlative studies between the X-ray and OM light curves. In particular, we aim to determine whether accretion plays a significant role in the optical/ultraviolet and X-ray emissions. The Neupert effect in stellar flares is also investigated. Coordinates, average count rates and magnitudes were extracted from OM images, together with light curves with low time resolution (a few kiloseconds). For a few sources, OM FAST mode data were also available, and we extracted OM light curves with high time resolution. The OM data were correlated with Two Micron All Sky Survey (2MASS) data and with the XEST catalogue in the X-rays. The XEST OM catalogue contains 2,148 entries of which 1,893 have 2MASS counterparts. However, only 98 entries have X-ray counterparts, of which 51 of them are known TMC members and 12 additional are TMC candidates. The OM data indicate that accreting stars are statistically brighter in the U band than non-accreting stars after correction for extinction, and have U-band excesses, most likely due to accretion. The OM emission of accreting stars is variable, probably due to accretion spots, but it does not correlate with the X-ray light curve, suggesting that accretion does not contribute significantly to the X-ray emission of most accreting stars. In some cases, flares were detected in both X-ray and OM light curves and followed a Neupert effect pattern, in which the optical/ultraviolet emission precedes the X-ray emission of a flare, whereas the X-ray flux is proportional to the integral of the optical flux.
