In this guide, you’ll learn how to refund items in Roblox to get your Robux back. How to refund items in RobloxTo refund items in Roblox, you need to go to the Roblox support form. In the Roblox support form, enter your contact information, copy the item’s URL and paste it in the “Description of issue” field. You can copy the item’s URL by navigating to it on Roblox and copying the URL field of it. In the “Description of issue” field, you need to explain that you’ve accidentally bought the item and you want a refund. Once you’ve filled up the form, you need to submit it. Then, you need to wait for 24 hours for Roblox to respond to you. Roblox will respond to you via the email address that you’ve provided. Since you’re looking to refund an item, you need to provide its URL and why you want a refund. Firstly, explain that you’ve accidentally bought the item and that you want a refund.
