Are you Eligible?

Eligible students include those enrolled in a course under the School of Communication & the Arts that requires the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud. Students enrolled in an eligible course outside of this school may receive access for the duration of the approved course’s term.

Students enrolled in a course that does not require the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud must purchase a subscription or use the Creative Cloud apps at one of our technology labs or classrooms across campus.

Installation Instructions

The Adobe Creative Cloud software is available to select members of the Liberty community. To begin the installation process, all old Adobe products will need to be uninstalled on your computer. To uninstall the Adobe software, visit the HelpDesk DIY article: How do I uninstall Adobe CC Apps to make way for new versions? If you do not have any Adobe CC products, you may skip the uninstall process and continue with the installation instructions.

How To Cancel Personal Adobe Subscriptions

If you are an approved user that wishes to cancel their personal Adobe Creative Cloud subscription to use the apps provided by Liberty, then you may follow the cancellation process below.  

Adobe will not provide any refunds, so a prompt cancellation is important. You will need to contact Adobe directly to cancel an annual membership. 

Step-by-Step Cancellation Instructions

  1. To cancel your annual membership at any time, click here to contact Adobe and sign in with your personal Adobe ID and password. 
  2. The “need help”? page will appear. Scroll down and choose your preferred contact option. 
  3. A customer care agent will assist you with canceling your plan. (Explain to the agent you are an approved user from Liberty University and that you are enrolled in the Creative Cloud for Enterprise agreement).

What’s Free Without A Subscription?

Need to showcase a presentation or tell a story? Adobe Express is free to use without a subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud.  You will need to create a standard free account to access this tool. 

Adobe CC mobile apps, such as Photoshop Mix, Photoshop Sketch, Illustrator Draw, Premier Clip, etc. are free to download via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and only require a free standard Adobe account in order to use. 

Is Adobe Acrobat Pro included in Creative Cloud?

What's included in the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan? The Creative Cloud All Apps plan has 20+ creative apps, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro. You also get templates, cloud storage, and thousands of fonts from the Adobe Fonts library.

How do I install Adobe Acrobat Pro on Creative Cloud?

Go to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/, and sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account. After you sign in, the Adobe Document Cloud Home view appears. Click Apps in the left pane, and then click Download next to Acrobat Pro DC to start the download.

What happened to Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Adobe ended support for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro in 2017. The comparison article for that product now redirects here. In June 2020, Adobe released Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, the latest version of its software for viewing, managing, and editing PDF documents.

Why can't I download Adobe Acrobat Pro?
