I am airing my complaint again here, because zendesk doesn't want more than one at a time. If there were not so many problems there wouldn't be so many complaints. Once again I felt the game safe to play and got zapped for a lost connection right in middle of a good run. Not so much as the coins (they are (nonmaterial) again xp points and lost percentages hurt much more. I don't mind spending a few bucks for some items in the game. Besides I think it supports something I enjoy and I can afford it. When I get snake bit by the same party I supported doesn't encourage any spending. You have dedicated players that you allowed to be abused by this problem and fail do anything. This is very poor customer relations. You should restore lost gains to the victims of this glitch. It is more difficult to gain back position and is embarrassing. I will continue to repeat, "lost connection games should be counted as a draw and no result of losses to the players". Please reply to your intended correction to this issue. I see no reason this post can not be understood.
