Strange though because in attempting to link 2 accounts the game always shows which account in the game you're trying to swap in. Well your old FB account can't be recovered unless you remember it's ID and inform Miniclip by submitting a request.
Ik a trick too although its difficult. Try to link your Facebook account by linking it to Miniclip account. For this enter your Facebook email id(associated with lost acc) in 'login with Miniclip ID' section and hit reset your password. Miniclip will send a notification to your FB website and press the link there. It will send you to a Miniclip link to reset your password. Enter new password and save it. With this password login in Miniclip ID using your Facebook ID and you should get back your account.
As a precaution remember always to swap your bad account with good one to change your name or remove your poor accounts. Don't swap good for a bad one.

I given my phone to a friend who played his account on my phone.when I login to my fb it opens his account.i tried on another phone still loads the same account. What to do
